Carol is a sweetie and very hospitable.
We were in the area to celebrate my best friend's birthday, It was a nice place to stay over, maybe think of putting a small business board outside to just make finding the place a bit easier.
There was no milk or normal tea available which I would expect as the minimum in any guest house. Also only a small bottle of water in the fridge. For the price you would expect a little more attention to making your customers feel welcome. The bedroom is really small.
Everything looks exactly like in the photos, this area is safe and it is really a pleasure to have stayed there.

Carol welcomed us warmly, she was available whenever we needed her. The apartment was clean and the blankets were smelling so amazing. She was so super friendly. We had everything we needed. It was indeed a home away from home. The place was spacious and clean. Carol was so welcoming and super friendly. We were pleasantly surprised just the quality of accommodation we got for the price we paid. The unit was spotless and was serviced every day during our stay. The unit is comfortably furnished with everything you need. A bonus is the fact that during loadshedding provision has been made for lights, TV and WiFi to still work. We can recommend Bedford Manor.
Carol was a wonderful hostess and assisted us with everything we needed.
We had a nice stay, but there was no hot water in the middle of winter. The dogs in the street barked a lot which caused one to get little sleep (not Bedford's fault). The apartment was well equipped with a nice coffee machine and WiFi.
Carol welcomed us with her friendly, awesome personality. We felt at home since the first second. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Did not want to return home. Our home away from home.
The owner of the establishment is just super friendly, very good with guests, the place is so clean you can even eat on the floor. I would recommend it even for honeymoon.
The hosts were very friendly and accomodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant. Close access to a shopping centre but location a bit far from major access roads. Lovely garden and access to entertainment area. Fresh towels and linen were provided and a daily cleaning service. We had a surprisingly lovely stay.

The accommodation is very comfortable, neat and homely with "attention to detail". It's spacious and the owners are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
The Bedford is well equipped with all your kitchen, bedroom and bathroom amenities. Main bed needs replacement soon but is still comfy. Fresh milk in stead of powder milk would be appreciated, but is not a deal breaker. Carol is a very accommodating host with no request too difficult. Thank you for the flowers.

This is a gem of a place that is very close to Reds Mall and the main road. It is beautifully furnished and has secure parking. It is in a quiet residential area with Carol providing excellent service. Thank you so much, Carol, for making us feel so at home.

The hostess is very friendly, our place was well equipped, clean and tidy. There are many birds in the area that give a feeling of home. We will definitely stay there again. It is on its way to Lanseria.

We were able to check in a bit earlier and we had such a great stay. It was so beautiful, neat and tidy. The detail put into the decor is stunning. I will definitely be back. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Carol was so kind and made effort to come and meet us and made sure we felt at home with everything we need. Such a great experience.

Carol just made my day with her bubbly personality. She made the stay so enjoyable and she was always available and helpful. Plekkie is beautifully furnished and the mattress slept wonderfully. Nice and spacious and modern with everything you need. Secure parking. There is also a braai place covered, but could not visit there due to the cold winter weather. Various shops and eateries nearby. Thank you very much Carol, will definitely visit again!
